Attendance Policy
Brooke Martin Counseling has a strict attendance and no-show policy which will further be discussed at your first counseling appointment.
Since your appointment time is reserved for you in advance, it cannot be assigned to anyone else on short notice. If you find that it is necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment, I require a 24-hour notice in advance. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a $50 charge. Additional occurrences may result in a charge of full session fee. Please do not "no-show" your appointment. A "no-show" is when a client does not present for their scheduled appointment and does not call to cancel or reschedule their appointment in advance. A "no-show" will result in a charge of the full session fee. These fees are not reimbursable by insurance.
